Veterans' Tiny House Village In the spring of 2018, I designed a village suitable for recovering veterans. Many veterans return home and suffer from the effects of war and many end up with depression and end up homeless. Thy go to the Veterans' Recovery Center for help. After graduating the Veterans' Recovery Center, veterans would be able to move into my tiny house village and begin living by themselves while still in a fitting community. The community provides 8'x18' tiny houses that are ADA accessible and provide plenty of space for the veterans, their pets and partners. The tiny houses are also transportable and fit under urban clearances. The village was designed to fit on the lot of 2001 Old Moultrie Rd, St Augustine, FL 32086. This area is close to the Cobblestone Village which holds a Spanish style and plenty of stores and possible work opportunities for the recovering veterans.

Mixed-Use Commercial Building Project
Redesigning the Jacksonville Landing from Downtown Jacksonville, our team created a building functional for both retail and commercial use. Using the river as inspiration, we designed a building fit to transform Downtown Jacksonville into a friendly and enjoyable environment. As the engineer, I drafted the site plan and designed the landscaping plan used in this project. My project manager, Cassidy Roberts, kept us on track throughout the project, and our architect, Christian Couch, designed our building to transform downtown Jacksonville.

Dryline Project |
In the Spring of 2017, I worked to design what would be my dream house. On AutoCAD I created floorplans and an elevation. Features of my dream house include a grand staircase, a secret door, and a three car garage.

In the fall of 2017, I designed a dryline for a site in Saint Augustine to provide pleasing scenery and flood prevention on the site. My dryline included various elevated sections of land that act as steps with a long tread to make it seem as if it is open space rather than a staircase.
